About HIP IoW

HIP IOW is a locally based HIP provider. It comprises a network of independent estate agents all dedicated to offering the highest possible levels of customer service. These estate agents have formed an association with local licensed home inspectors, who can provide Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition reports, and with legal partners to provide the legal elements of the pack.

All of these organisations are determined to do what they have all done in the past, that is to give the highest possible standards of care to their customers and to the residents both proposed and current on the Isle of Wight.

The whole ethos behind HIP IOW is to provide a locally based solution to the Home Information Pack issue and to ensure that traditional personal relationships between clients and the Solicitors and estage agents they had traditionally used are maintained.
